Front desk seats
Up to three front desk or admin seats free per clinic, then $17 each. Clinical charting seats use the clinician price.
Private pay
Card payments for private fees run through normal card processing. No separate Abri monthly fee for private pay.
Larger clinics
Self-serve covers up to 15 clinicians. Bigger groups, multi-site, and hospitals get a simple enterprise quote.
Pricing questions
Why is Abri cheaper if I already pay for Scribeberry?
You already pay for documentation. Abri is the EMR layer on top: chart, schedule, portal, fax, and billing. New clinics pay one price that includes documentation, so the totals line up.
Do I have to buy the fax line?
No. Add it when you want a dedicated clinic number and inbound fax inbox. Many clinics start on chart and schedule first.
Do I have to buy provincial billing?
No. Turn it on when you are ready to submit Alberta or Ontario public claims from Abri. Private pay does not need that add-on.
What if we go over pages or claims?
You can buy a pack, or small overages bill automatically at a clear per-page or per-claim rate. No surprise shutoff mid-clinic-day.
Is there a long contract?
Monthly by default. Annual saves about two months. You can export your data free if you leave.
